Tales from a recent past. A personal manifesto about the culture of wine, about a way of life. Ideas and sensations from a thriving period. Some of these no longer make sense, others are at one with us and our wines. Chronicles gathered in 2008 that could be improved… but doing so, will subvert the reality that feeds what we express, in its essence, from a certain moment within a certain context. It would have felt like removing pleasure from experiencing living. The pleasure of discovery, learning, and progress.
